Register early, to ensure your workshop and accommodation choice. Plan to arrive after one hour before your program begins. Dinner is served at 7:00 pm. All programs finish with a “goodbye-tea” on the closing date.

Registration is guaranteed upon receipt and processing of a personal cheque or money order. Payments in Brazilian currency only. Other currencies, please ask.

Cancellations/Transfers
Your deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, a credit will be available for this year or next, if the notice given falls within the following time periods:
• 4 weeks prior to the start date: Full deposit available as credit.
• Between 4 and 2 weeks prior to the start date: $100 forfeit, remaining deposit available as credit.
• 2 weeks or less from the start date: Full deposit forfeit.
• Note: Credits are transferable to another person with your consent in writing.

If INTEGRIA cancels a program you will receive 2 weeks notice, and the choice of a full refund or visiting INTEGRIA as a holiday guest at 25% off your pre-booked accommodation and meal package. INTEGRIA is not responsible for plane reservations booked to attend cancelled workshops.
